About Us

Renown Commercial is based in Cramlington and is the business and commercial arm of Renown Estate Agents. Its directors are Paul Barwick and Paul Reynolds.

Paul Barwick is a former Business Banking Manager with Lloyds TSB. He has worked previously in both Newcastle city centre and North Northumberland, but was latterly based in Morpeth, covering all areas of Northumberland and North Tyneside. Working with customers who sought an in depth banking relationship, it allowed Paul to establish closer links with businesses providing a greater understanding of the issues and opportunities businesses face.  

Paul has a broad knowledge of the commercial finance market and has established good working relationships with a number of professional connections in the locality.

Paul Reynolds owns Renown Estate Agents, and is one of the most experienced independent estate agents in the North East. Established in 1990, the agency now offers residential sales, financial services and property lettings/management.

In addition to this commercial service, the firm has been chosen as one of the select agencies to be part of the National Home Sale Network. A fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents, Paul has worked in the industry for 32 years and has extensive knowledge and of the Northumberland and North Tyneside area. Consequently, he is often called upon by the national media to advise and inform on topical property issues.

With the combined wealth of experience and contacts that comes with working in the locality for over 40 years, together with knowledge gained in our respective backgrounds, we are well placed to understand the needs of and be able to assist local businesses and their owners. At Renown Commercial, our aim is to keep the service professional, but approachable and we seek to establish close working relationships with our clients by being easily contactable and by keeping them regularly informed.
